HTML Newsletter: Installation and Configuration

The HTML Newsletter add-on comes with a very easy installation, with good instructions (we hope you think so to) and a handy installer script. This page will be updated with new pages by release as a reference point to come back to. Only releases from 1.2 on will be stored here, always with the latest one on top. NOTE: These instructions are only for the full versions of the product. If a patch is required, those instructions will ONLY be provided as a part of the download package for that patch release.
For the HTML Newsletter, the release numbering scheme has changed starting with the 1.3.0 release. The first level change would signify a major change in functionality and / or architecture. A second level change would signify a minor release, with enhancements and bug fixes (however, just because it is labelled "minor" doesn't mean it isn't "significant"), and then the last level of change is simply for a bug fix releases between functional releases.
